AEA – Aircraft Engineering Academy is looking for a admin for its Bergamo office.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Organizing and managing appointments and meetings
- Handling mail and correspondence
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Keeping the office organized and tidy
- Assisting staff with administrative and secretarial tasks
- Carrying out assistance and support tasks for students, including advice on forms required by the school
- Fluent in English B1/B2 (written and verbal)
- PC Skills (Adobe, Outlook, Office…)
- Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with swift changes and tight deadlines even in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
