PA / Administrative Support & Front Office Assistant
Location: Azzano San Paolo (Bergamo)
Job Description:
We are looking for a PA / Administrative Support & Front Office Assistant to provide organizational and operational support to the Academy’s activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Training Manager and the administrative team, contributing to the management of day-to-day activities, appointment scheduling, and the smooth running of front-office operations.
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in administration, secretarial work, front office, or training, will be considered an advantage.
Main responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- managing the Training Manager’s agenda and providing organizational support;
- organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and events;
- supporting secretarial and front-office activities, providing information to internal and external stakeholders;
- filing, organizing, and managing paper and digital documentation;
- supporting communications and day-to-day administrative activities;
- supporting the external promotion of the Academy;
- assisting with the organization of orientation activities, meetings, and events for candidates, students, and stakeholders;
- providing operational support for the Academy’s various organizational activities.
- Eligibility under Italian Law No. 68 of March 12, 1999;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- strong organizational and time-management skills;
- good command of email and IT tools;
- accuracy in document management and filing;
- good communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Previous experience in secretarial, front-office, back-office, administrative support, or personal assistance roles;
- experience in training, academy, or event organization environments;
- familiarity with agenda and appointment management tools.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing documents and appointments;
- strong organizational and planning skills;
- reliability and discretion when handling information and documentation;
- proactivity and a solution-oriented approach;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- ability to work effectively in a team;
- flexibility and willingness to support different activities according to the Academy’s needs;
