B1.1 Basic Training Instructor - EASA Part-147 Training Organisation

AEA Training Organization, an expanding EASA Part-147 approved training organisation, is looking for a B1.1 Basic Training Instructor to join our team. We are seeking motivated professionals who are eager to share their technical expertise, inspire future aviation professionals, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality aviation training. Your Role As a member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting both theoretical and practical training activities in accordance with approved EASA requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver theoretical and/or practical training modules for the B1.1 Basic Training Course in accordance with the approved syllabus.
  • Ensure all training content complies with EASA Part-66, Part-147 requirements, and internal organisational procedures.
  • Develop, update, and improve training materials and examination content in collaboration with the Training Manager.
  • Assess students through written tests, practical evaluations, and official examinations.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate training records.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support student development.
  • Assist with examination planning, administration, and coordination.
  • Maintain a safe, effective, and engaging learning environment during practical sessions.
  • Manage and maintain practical training facilities, equipment, and instructional resources.
Who We Are Looking For Preferred Qualification for Theoretical Instructors:
  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
Requirements for Theoretical and Practical Instructors – Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
  • Hold an EASA Part-66 B1.1, B1.2, or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (current or expired).
  • Hold a Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in aircraft maintenance and technical training delivery.
Additional Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of EASA Part-66 and Part-147 regulations.
  • Proven experience delivering technical training within the aviation industry (e.g., aviation instructor, technical trainer, vocational education teacher, or corporate trainer).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, including aviation technical terminology.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring, particularly young learners and future aviation professionals.
