Activities may include, by way of example, troubleshooting and fault rectification, repairs, adjustments, replacements, assembly and, where applicable, functional checks such as engine operation checks;<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Consult and correctly use technical documentation<\/strong>, as well as all documentation specifically relating to the aircraft on which the maintenance activities are being carried out;<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Correctly use equipment<\/strong>, special tools and test equipment, carrying out, in accordance with the procedures applicable to the aircraft type, the removal and replacement of specific components and modules, including, where applicable, maintenance activities relating to the issue of the Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML), as well as any application for the amendment or updating of the licence, <strong>must be submitted to the Competent Authority<\/strong> using the appropriate EASA Form 19, in accordance with the procedures and requirements established by the Authority.\r\n\r\nThe application must be accompanied by the following documents:\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Identity document of the applicant;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Certificates confirming successful completion of the examinations relating to the required modules (Certificate of Recognition);<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Records of the practical maintenance activities carried out, documented in accordance with the timescales, procedures and requirements established by the applicable regulations.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong>Document Verification<\/strong>\r\n\r\nUpon receipt of the EASA Form 19 and the relevant documentation, the Competent Authority verifies that the application is complete and assesses whether the experience declared by the applicant meets the requirements established by the applicable regulations.\r\n\r\n<strong>The examination pathway followed and the validity<\/strong> of any applicable training credits are also verified, in order to ensure that all examinations for the required modules have been completed in accordance with the applicable provisions.\r\n\r\n<strong>Issue of the Licence<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOnce compliance with the competence, training and experience requirements has been verified, the Competent Authority proceeds with the issue of the <strong>Aircraft Maintenance Licence<\/strong>.\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
